Our Leadership workshop is a result of 25 years of leadership experience as a business owner, executive and corporate consultant. The work- shops are custom designed to reflect the personal bonds of mutual respect, trust, shared values and caring for the whole person that cement the foundations of enduring relationships and enduring organizations.

Our understanding is that while people go to work for organizations, they continue working for human beings. All of us who run businesses have two bottom lines. There is the financial bottom line by which we measure our business success. And there is a personal bottom line by which we can measure our human success. The personal bottom line is made up of the people we touch in our professional lives and the impact, positive or negative, we have upon them. Contrary to the belief of some, these two bottom lines are closely connected.

CompTraNet suggests that a company leader's first obligation is not to the financial bottom line but rather to growing one's self and the people within his or her organization. The fact is, that if you are attracting, retaining and connecting with talented, conscientious, enthusiastic people, positive bottom lines - both personal and financial - will follow.

Spiritual Leadership

Churches like businesses, are made up of leaders.  Spiritual leadership is not the came as military , political or corporate leadership! This is not to say that there are no similarities between spiritual leadership and these others kinds of leadership.  There are certain elements common to all types of leadership.  Furthermore, the good qualities of military, political or corporate leadership can certainly be used by the Lord when a committed Christian dedicates these natural and developed abilities to Christ.
